We send all our jewellery items overnight via The Courier Guy. This typically takes 1-2 working days for delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International Delivery Important Information

As per our Terms and Conditions of sale, when you submit your order, you are offering to buy the product(s) at the price set out in the order. However, import duties and taxes incurred on receiving your order are for your own account. The total cost for the product(s) and delivery charges will be displayed before you confirm your Order and will be set out in the confirmatory email you receive from us, however, we do not give indications for duties and VAT which will be payable once the goods arrive in your country.


Insurance in transit

Insurance cover is provided free of charge for items in transit. However, the terms of insurance is subject to the third party insurance company that we use. In the unlikely event that an item is stolen, missing, or damaged, the insurance payout is subject to our third party insurance company's terms and conditions.


Customs Duties or other charges

Customers are liable for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that the destination country may charge.

Damaged or Missing items

If your item/s have not arrived or are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours. Our support team will assist you to resolve the issue.

Receiving your order

All our orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available or not at home at the time of delivery, and no one is at home to receive your parcel on your behalf, please rather provide us with your work address for the delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. We will attempt two deliveries before your parcel is returned to our depot as a problem parcel. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'in a safe place' at the address.


Delivery Exceptions

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.
